At Vinyl Legend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the vinyl in its original specialized mailer to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit, ensuring all inserts are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
