How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits.
What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase. However, once the shrink wrap is removed, we cannot accept returns for 'change of mind' reasons due to the collectible nature of the items.
Do you sell original pressings or modern reissues?
Vinyl Legend carries a curated mix of both. Each product page clearly specifies the pressing year, label, and whether it is a limited edition reissue or a vintage original.
How long does domestic shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days via Media Mail or 2-3 business days via Priority Mail.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery progress.
